What is this Film? (Description below)?

Okay so theres a young girl and a woman, that go to visit her dads
house i think, and he lives in a house alone like right next to some
cliffs and the sea, and theres a rock outside the house next to the
cliff, and the girl ends up commiting suicide and goes into a
different dimension.. and then the mother follows to get her back, and
she gets her daughter back to the real world, and the woman goes back
to the house, but she then realises that shes not actually there, shes
now stuck in the different dimension.. somewhere theres another little
girl that gets tortured by some farmer or something like that :s
